Home Essential products are good for return only, if package has not been opened or seal has NOT been broken. Any damaged product is good for exchange only. Once unwanted merchandise is returned or a tracking number is presented, the refund and or exchange will be processed.  You have 7 days after delivery to return or exchange any merchandise. The Customer is responsible for any returned mailing fees.
